Our operations are under ISO9001:2008 Guidelines. With high technology investment in testing equipments, our strict QC enables us to consistently produce good quality pipes and fittings. 4 stages of QC checkpoint are enforced along the operation.

QC 1 is to ensure the quality of incoming material is within our specifications.

QC 2 is to inspect 1st piece of product produced during production. We will only start mass production once the 1st product has passed our QC 2.

QC 3 is done every 2 hrs during mass production.

Last but not least, a number of tests will be done during QC4, before products are sent to store.
